David Russell is the Principal and co-owner of Landmark Russell. In 1979 David started working for an agent who had offices in Cobar, Wilcannia and Ivanhoe where he was responsible for selling and buying livestock and merchandise. In 1984 David married Gail and bought the company and started trading as Dalgety Russell. David is a licensed Stock & Station Agent, Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and holds a private pilot's licence. David & Gail are also pastoralists and divide their time between running Landmark Russell and operating a sheep and cattle station near Tilpa on the Darling River. Some of David's many achievements include being named the number one listing agent in the Landmark Harcourts network in 2016.

Gail Russell is the co-owner and business manager of Landmark Russell and has been working alongside David since they started the company in 1984. Gail is a licensed real estate consultant and property manager and also has a vast knowledge of the merchandise sector. Being a local resident all her life, Gail has a great knowledge of the area and enjoys working with the community and building relationships with our valued clients.

Heather moved to Cobar in the mid 1970s from Tasmania and has been working for Landmark Russell since 1996. Heather has a vast knowledge of financial services and has been involved with this sector for much of her working life.

Shara Suckling is our Residential Sales Agent here at Landmark Russell. She has been an agent for the past two years, prior to this Shara worked in banking/finance and has enjoyed making the move to the property market and enjoys working with clients to sell and buy residential property. Ellie has been involved with Landmark Russell in both a casual and full-time capacity since 2006. She has a vast knowledge of most facets of the business having previously worked as a property manager as well as regularly assisting with sales administration. At present Ellie works in marketing and Real Estate Sales selling residential property within Cobar.

Sales Administration & Accounts Receivable
Krista started working with Landmark Russell in July 2011 as our office Receptionist. She has since made the move to a role in Residential and Rural Sales Administration covering advertising and administrative duties. In early 2016 Krista also took on the role of Accounts Receivable assisting Heather Collins in our Accounts department.
Krista, originally from Leeton NSW, enjoys living in Cobar with her husband Sam and their daughters Ariella & Savannah. She is a very friendly and bubbly addition to our team and is happy to help our clients and customers with any questions or concerns they may have.

Luke Scales is the head of our Livestock Sales department working with clients to buy, sell and market their livestock across the wider Western Division and beyond. Luke is proactive in all aspects of the job and is very eager to assist our clients where he can. Utilising modern advertising means such as video and social media, Luke can effectively market livestock to a wide database of clientson our register. Elodie joined the Landmark Russell team in July 2015 in the role of Property Manager. Born and raised in Cobar, Elodie has plenty of local knowledge.
