David Russell
Principal/Rural Sales
David Russell is the Principal and co-owner of Landmark Russell. In 1979 David began working for an agent who had offices in Cobar, Wilcannia and Ivanhoe. There, he was responsible for the selling and buying of livestock and merchandise. In 1984 David married Gail and bought the same company he was working for. David is a licensed Stock & Station Agent, Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer.

Gail Russell
Business Manager/Residential Sales
Gail Russell is the co-owner and office manager of Landmark Russell and has been working alongside David since the company was taken over by them both. Gail is a licensed real estate consultant and property manager and also has a vast knowledge of the merchandise sector. Being a local resident all her life, Gail has a great knowledge of the area.

Nicole Smith
Office Manager
Nicole and her fiance' Micko have recently moved to Cobar from Wellington. For the past three years Nicole has worked in the accounts department for a well known freight company based in Dubbo. Nicole has recently completed her Real Estate Certificate with the REI as well as undergoing studies towards holding a Real Estate Licence. Nicole is a very approachable and friendly addition to the Landmark Team.
Kelly Fairbank
Residential Sales
Kelly started work with Landmark Russell in June 2011 as our newest Residential Sales Representative. Prior to working with Landmark, Kelly had been with the Orana Mutual Group in Cobar as Loans Officer for 10 years. Kelly has a vast knowledge of Cobar and its residents being a local herself for a number of years with her partner Glen and her two children, Emily and Tom.

Ellie Russell
Property Manager
Ellie is the daughter of David and Gail Russell and has been working with Landmark Russell since late 2006 in the role of Merchandise sales. Since the beginning of 2010 Ellie has taken up the role of Property Manager having completed her Certificate of Registration with the REI. Ellie enjoys her role in the real estate department and is happy to assist you with any rental enquiries that you may have.

Aimee Maddox
Property Manager
Aimee started work with Landmark Russell in March 2011 as our newest Property Manager. Aimee relocated to Cobar from Melbourne with her partner Jim earlier in the year and both have enjoyed settling into the lifestyle here in town. Prior to her new career in Real Estate Aimee was a travel agent with Intrepid Travel, Melbourne. She is an enthusiastic member to our team and very dedicated to her role in our Property Management Department. For any Property Management enquiries you can contact Aimee in the office today.
Krista Vaughan
Property Management & Sales Admin/ Reception
Krista started working with Landmark Russell in July 2011 and has taken on the role of our office Receptionist and Property Management administrator. She is a very friendly and bubbly addition to our team and is very happy to help any clients and customers with any questions or concerns they may have. Krista has relocated to Cobar with her partner Sam and both are enjoying the move into the Cobar lifestyle.
Troy Hartman
Livestock Manager
Troy has been with Landmark Russell for the past 5 year starting out as our Merchandise Manager and has now taken on the roll of Livestock Manager. Troy has over 25 years experience in the livestock industry having managed and worked on cattle stations from Adelaide River NT to Hay NSW. Troy is a fully liscenced Stock & Station Agent and auctioneer.

Des Harrison
Merchandise Manager
Des has been with Landmark Russell since December 2009 and is a fully qualified Agronomist working as our Merchandise Manager. Des and his family moved to Cobar from Queensland and are settling in well to the country lifestyle.
Daniel Stephens (Stevo)
Merchandise Sales
Daniel ("Stevo") is a new addition the the Landmark Russell team and will be working in the Merchandise Sales Department. Stevo is a local to Cobar and resides here with his wife Cassie and daughter Lara, he is a friendly and approachable addition to the team and very keen to help out where he can. Stevo will be working with all facets of Merchandise Sales - stock feed, rural produce and all orders. Heather Collins
Accounts Officer, CIC Agent & Country Link Officer
Heather moved to Cobar in the mid 1970's from Tasmania and has been working for Landmark Russell since 1996. Heather has a vast knowledge of financial services and has been involved with this sector for much of her working life.
