SPECIFICS OF A SALE
We try to organise every sale to achieve maximum efficiency for the vendor and buyer. David Russell is our primary auctioneer, we use a number system on all items up for auction, a penciler accompanies our auctioneer and all items that are sold are processed through a computer system at our onsite office on the day.
Buyers are to present their drivers licence as a form of ID on the day of sale when registering to bid, they are requested to show their "bidder number card" when purchasing an item and are to note that any item purchased is at their own risk - Landmark Russell will take no responsibilIty for an item purchased that is not working correctly after the sale.
Cash or Cheque payment is preferred on the day.
