This AGP portfolio of property offers significant breeding/fattening quality Northern Territory holdings. Epenarra: An outstanding lower-Barkley Downs Station situated on the Frew River with approximately 40km of river frontage. Located 550km north of Alice Springs; 120km east of the Stuart Highway with access via Kurundi to the north, access via Barkley Homestead/Hwy. 
Including main homestead, Manager's cottage, Governess/store person accommodation, Workman's quaters and 2 x as new (2016) Atco accommodation.
Epenarra also includes a modern general station/community store + Power and Water contract offering rewarding further income to the Station's bottom line.

Murray Downs: Located 400km north of Alice Springs; 30km east of Stuart Highway; Daven Port ranges to the north side of the property; river and creek systems dispenses through centre. Including a main homestead, Workman's cottage, Workman's quarters and self contained renovated school room. 
Murray Downs also includes a new, modern station store + Power and Water contract offering rewarding further income to the Station's bottom line. 

Pine Hill: Located 150km north of Alice Springs adjacent to Stuart Highway. Including main homestead, separate governess quarters, older homestead and 5-room Atco buildings. 

The cattle herd is predominately Droughtmaster / Santa infused with some older Brahman Droughtmaster cross cows - 2016/2017. Replacement bulls from Wajatryn Droughtmaster Queensland and Rick Greenup's Eidsvold Station Gayndah QLD (both highly regarded studs) approximately 300 have been dispersed and continuously joined. 2nd round muster in process. Est approx 22,700 branded Droughtmaster Santa X quality herd comprising of 11,650 cows + followers, 4,950 heifers, 5,400 steers, 350 bulls.
