Generally flat to sand hill rises and semi open under stony red loam country. Being app. 70-30% Paroo and Cuttaburra channels as well as local swamps. Large area being Yamaramie Lake, open self mulching, grey/black soil, lignum. Lake shore line fringed with Box and Coolabah scatted Yapunyah in channels.

Watered by 5 earth dams. 3 major dams de-silted in March 2019. Yamaramie Lake filling from the Paroo and Cuttaburra channel—river system on history are replenished in major flows on average every 5years (last flood 2011), water receding over 12 to 16 month period) 1 share bore.
 
Fencing:
All Steel fencing, 7km hinge joint plus 3km new (2018) balance in fair to sound condition.
