LOCATION:

18km West of Nymagee Village,17km East off the Kidman Way highway on Priory Tank road, 80km S/SE of Cobar. Approx. 2km of private access track into Box Plains.

COUNTRY:

Rich red loam soil base, to light sandy grey soil in creek    areas growing an abundance of native grasses and herbages, in season natural open grassland. Generally flat to slight undulation at Northern end of property, lightly timbered with box, scattered Kurrajong small area of Malley on ridge, scattered pine and acacia.

WATER:

Watered by 5 earth dams, 3 being securely fenced and 2 setup for trapping, also 2 being share dams. A bore equipped with submersible pump approximately 88m to water level, used when needed for livestock.  Connected to 2.7km of 40mm poly pipe and 9,000l poly tank and trough all situated up on higher rise on northern end of property.

FENCING:

Fenced into 4 main grazing paddocks. Boundary is 50% old wooden, and 50% plain wire and barb.
