60km South East of Tibooburra,395km North of Broken Hill, and 372km North West of Bourke.                                  


Generally flat open Mitchell grass plains to undulating rises of sandy loam, scattered Mulga, Coolabah and Acacia. Alluvial grey soil flood out country feeding from the Warratta and Two mile Creek system and  tributaries flowing to Whyjonta and Yantara Lake catchment. Highly productive and fertile saline country of salt bush, lignum, cane grass, swamps, herbages, button grass, Never fail, and a variety of natural grasses, braid ploughed red country, seeded to Buffel.


Securely watered by 70km of poly pipeline of 37 watering points and 40 troughs 15 earth dams, 2 capped flowing bores and 3 sub-artesian bores, and solar systems.  A large area of natural lakes and swamps in season from large catchment area and creek systems to the West and North West.


All steel fencing approximately 110km built within the last 4 years. 63km of new 7-90-30 hingejoint some 3-barb’s/steel subdivided into 9 paddocks. A further 14km of new 7-90-30 hingejoint fencing to be completed, giving approx. 30,000 acres of goat proof paddock.
