Agent's Remarks:

Nimagee Station was purchased from E. Killen & Sons Limited in June 1936 by Mr. Tom Harland Snr, the current owner’s grandfather. Bernard (Darby) Warner took over in 1995 and it has been owned by the same family for around 84 years.

As Nimagee Station is steep in pastoral history and heavy carrying grazing country, Darby has a condition of sale that he can reside in the old historical home for the next 5 years (a handy caretaker for absentee buyer).
